As you can see from the data homes for sell are picking up and homes sold are down a bit.

If your a buyer now is the time to offer is a slowed down sellers market!

If your qualified and approved/ working and can afford to make the move you are the special one in luck! with most of the market on hold and confused we encourage you to get signed agency with us so that we can get to work for you and have a plan of action in place. Wether it getting you pre approved and ready to view homes and make offers! Nothing is worse than being ready but not pre approved and your DREAM HOME pops up for a great deal and the next guy grabs it out from under you!
