AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET (DOM): Decreased to 31 from 44, down by 29.5%.
It's a SELLER'S MARKET with only 1.8 months of inventory.
AMADOR COUNTY
FOR SALE: Increased to 167 from 135, up by 23.7%
SOLD: Decreased to 16 from 18, down by 11.1%
PENDING: Increased to 24 from 19, up by 26.3%
AVERAGE PRICE PER SQUARE FOOT: Increased to $263.00 from $227.00, up by 15.9%

AVERAGE DOM: Remained steady at 34 with no change from last month.
It's a SELLER'S MARKET with only a slight increase in inventory at 1.9 months.
MY OPINION:
The market is performing robustly and now is an even better time to invest in a new home or property investment opportunity. Inquire about first-time home buyer programs and the new lower down payment requirements for purchasing multi-unit properties!
Remember that it's about the duration in the market rather than the timing of the market.
